Please choose the membership type that applies to you. This is an application for membership only and does not automatically guarantee acceptance of membership. In accordance with the Swiss Club's Constitution applications for membership are presented at the next director's meeting after application and payment has been received. The committee decision is then communicated to applicants and upon acceptance a member information email will be sent out to new members.

Applications must be lodged together with payment of the annual membership fee in order to have application processed. All details collected on this form are for Swiss Club internal use only. Please note that according to Victorian Liquor Licensing Law, dependents of members who are under 18 may attend club functions may attend as long as they are with a responsible adult and not be offered alcoholic beverages.
